Job Description
Your Team
The Development Coordinator (3 month contract) will support the Land Acquisition and Entitlement division in the Centennial, Colorado office. The Development Coordinator will assist with research, preparing reports and presentation templates, and coordinating files and project tracking for land acquisition and entitlement projects.
Your Key Deliverables
Assist with land acquisition, due diligence reports and contracts by preparing templates, organizing files, and synchronizing revisions to draft documents
Research fees, property information and obtain recorded documents from local municipalities and districts
Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, including facilitating technology support
Assist in the preparation of presentations
Responsible for data input, verification and obtaining reports from the internal land management database “Tochi”.
Architectural review coordination with third party builders
Manage consultant and vendor contract approvals and payments
Track community information during the land development phases such as utility meter maps, open permits and property tax bills
May have an opportunity to serve on HOA Boards and/or committees
Organize and coordinate controlling documents associated with the establishment or turnover of homeowner associations and metropolitan district boards
Manage document filing system and version control for active files and project archival
Document procedures and workflows
Must Haves
Experience in an administrative role in the construction industry, or public agency; or college degree with relevant internship experience
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite:
Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Sharepoint and Teams
Basic knowledge of reading maps and navigating on-line resources such as County assessor maps
Desire to embrace new technology
Highly organized team player who is able to multi-task
Ability to pivot based on shifting priorities
Aptitude for executing established processes and procedures
Strong organizational skills
Attention to detail
Sensitive to confidential or proprietary information
Proven verbal and written communication skills
Outstanding interpersonal skills
Your Opportunity
Hourly pay range: $23-$25, depending on experience
