This is a Full-Time position (80 hours per pay period) with a Monday - Friday, day shift schedule located at our Scripps Corporate Headquarters in La Jolla. Once training is complete, this position has a hybrid work schedule with four days in office and one day (Tuesday) remote per week, based off of business needs. Required Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Two years fund-raising or related volunteer and professional experience, preferably in a medical setting.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with varied constituencies, including volunteers, physicians, patients and donors.Excellent writing and verbal skills.Computer proficiency, including expertise in Word, Excel and with databases.Ability to operate standard office equipment.Creative, self-starting, results-oriented and committed to working as part of a team enterprise.Ability to organize time effectively and manage a large number of tasks simultaneously.Preferred Qualifications:
