Description:

Day to Day Responsibilities:

•\tMakes samples for development studies, design verification, and regulatory submission studies. This includes running processes such as, but not limited to, barbing, ultrasonic welding, braiding, annealing, and scouring

•\tSample characterization including geometric measurements, visual inspection and mechanical property testing.

•\tConcept development that may include CAD/SolidWorks drawing and making prototypes - 3D modeling

•\tExecutes test plans and protocols for development studies

•\tFollows GDP requirements in documenting all experimental work.

•\tCompletes all training as required.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

BS in Mechanical Engineering or adjacent -heavy mechanical focus

2-5 years of relevant experience

Soft skills:

•Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technical skills, detailed oriented, critical thinking skills.

•Good problem solving and trouble shooting skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills.

•Work well in a team environment.
