The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Surveyor with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in commercial property sale negotiations either in Ireland or abroad and will possess a Property Services Regulatory Authority (PSRA) license (or satisfy the criteria to attain one). The candidate will have a thorough knowledge and appreciation of key issues and policies influencing the development market. The candidate will be self motivated and ambitious.
