This is an on-site role. **Industry:** **Medical device** **Title:** **Development Process Engineer** **Pay rate: $60-63/hr on W2** **Location:** **St. Paul, MN** **Duration: 12 months contract with possible extension or hiring** **Job Description** : • Focused on delivery systems (systems used to deliver implants to the heart) will be working on the Reflow, Tipping, and Curving processes • Work with vendors for materials and equipment • Process development engineers work closely with R&D, develop processes, settings and qualify equipment • Process validations, equipment qualifications, writing procedures, testing samples, writing reports, etc. • 3+ years’ experience with hands on experience working with equipment, training operators, etc. (prefers 5+ years' experience) • Engineering Degree preferred, not required Required Experience: • Performed process development – OQ, IQ, PQ • Experience working in cleanroom • Writing and executing validations • Writing manufacturing procedures • Process ownership experience • Statistics with validation • Exposure to delivery systems Preferred Experience: • Minitab experience nice to have • Root cause analysis experience nice to have • DFM experience nice to have • SolidWorks experience nice to have (3D CAD software) • Experience working with molding (injection molding) • Med device experience ManpowerGroup is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in a professional, high quality work environment.
