How you will make an impact
Maintain, monitor, review, and report on project budgets and change orders
Monitor and report on construction quality and overall adherence to design and enterprise standards and guidelines.
Review and escalate issues as required to maintain project schedule, budget, standards and guidelines, and design intent.
Monitor processing timeliness and review RFIs and Submittals
Attend and document project design and construction progress meetings
Review and verify accuracy of project pay applications and make recommendation for action
Manage, coordinate, and participate in punch list and building turnover processes
Coordinate and verify accuracy of all turnover documents, as built and O&M manuals
Attend and document post occupancy, warranty, and other post-turnover review meetings to ensure timely resolution to open issues.
Compensation: $80000.00 -$100000.00 per year, plus eligibility for annual bonus
What you will need
Minimum 1 year of experience-in and knowledge-of senior living and/or continuing care retirement community development and construction required.
Minimum of 3 years of real estate and construction experience required.
