If so, we want to talk to you!** **Who You Are** + Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or related field. + Proven experience in land sourcing, underwriting, industrial development, or other associated areas is highly preferred. + Strong analytical skills in order to identify industry trends, assess financial viability, and identify risk associated with development opportunities. + Excellent communication and presentation skills. + Must be a self-starter with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. + Proficiency in MS Office and relevant real estate software. + Open to travel as needed. ***The internal title for this position will be Development Analyst.** We are an equal opportunity employer.
