Responsibilities:
Develop and manage philanthropic and annual giving based initiatives to generate new revenue.
Develop relationships with new donors that could lead to Major Gifts.
Cultivate, solicit, and steward prospect bases for annual fundraising campaign.
Heavy focus on philanthropic giving, prospecting for leads and setting appointments.
Provide support for special events, receptions and reunions designed to create/raise awareness
Communicate with donors by phone, mail, and email as appropriate relating to privately supported funds.
Identifies potential donors by examining past records; identifying individuals, agencies and foundations; establishing personal networks with active and potential donors.
Network at various community and corporate events including business after-hours, clinics, speaker series, etc.
Achieve and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual revenue goals established by management.
Achieve and exceed weekly activity and hustle metrics.
Provide superior customer service to clients throughout the season.

Experience working with CRM systems such as ACT, Salesforce.com, Microsoft CRM, etc.
Willingness and ability to work long hours, including holidays and weekends as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
Minimum of one (1) year’ experience working in sales or development with collegiate and/or pro sports team.
