In this research and development (R&D) position, develop and commercialize new and improved processes and technologies for hydrogen and/or synthesis gas productionImprove the efficiency and reliability for existing plans, as well as develop and evaluate improved processes for new plantsWork with Business, Engineering, Operations, and other R&D groups to accomplish these goalsResponsibilities include identification/definition of novel technologies and approaches, process flow sheet synthesis and simulations, techno-economic evaluations, idea generation, reactor modeling, modelling tools development, data analysis, definition and leadership of rapid commercialization programs, the performance of bench, pilot and field-scale scale tests, and the documentation of such work via internal reports and recommendations to management
