Vistex Development Support Analyst will be to coordinate the software issues reported by customers and document the resolutions. This position will have constant interactions with clients.
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot issues by replicating, debugging, identifying, diagnosing, and resolving second and third level software support issues Interact with customers to ensure problems are clearly defined Assist customers with issues during software installations and upgrades On-call support during product installation/upgrade of customer systems Learn and understand the application products developed by the business Suggest methods for improving efficiency and service to customers and associates Perform other duties as assignedAbout us: The Vistex platform helps businesses finally get control of all their different promotions, rebates, SPAs, discounts, and other incentives.
