About the position 
We are looking for a development team Manager to join the Customer Data Platform group. As the manager you will be responsible for the technological decisions as well as the development and delivery process of all the team’s products. We are looking for a very strong technical leader with strong management skills. You will manage a team of dedicated developers with a single goal of enabling high scale data driven use-cases to support Customer Data Platform strategy.
 

Responsibilities:

Ensure high code, testing, processes and code quality. You are expected to be involved in the design decisions as well as the DevOps processes. Working with Product Management define achievable feature sets that maximize the business value of the team's endeavors Inspire, motivate and enable your team on its job Lead a team of 5-7 engineers Overall responsibility for all engineering functions in the team. Quality, efficiency, timelines and targets. Full managerial responsibility over people - recruiting, mentoring & feedback. Lead technological topics.
 

Job Requirements

Minimum of 8 years of professional experience, 3 as team leader Experience in agile software development and continuous delivery. Proactive, team player and open-minded. Hands-on experience with building and delivering production-grade, cloud-based solutions Excellent communication and teamwork skills.   Experience in .NET and Java.  Experience with cloud development, big data SaaS, micro-services architecture and infrastructure components in  multi-cloud environment  Experience with big data technologies and infrastructures (kafka, spark, NoSQL DBs, Search engines, graph DBs)  Results driven with excellent execution skills. Self-managed.  Excellent people management skills Attract and retain talents
