Device Processing Supervisor

As a device processing supervisor in our Creative Business organization, you’ll lead all activities of the device processing team including recovery and deactivation of used devices and fulfillment of new orders. In this role, you’ll ensure effective coordination of people resources, technology, and department networks. You’ll also make employment decisions while supervising performance and employee development.

This position is located on-site at our Highland Heights, OH facility.

Must-have qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or higher in a Business or Information Technology discipline or related field of study (e.g., Business Management,) and a minimum two years of related work experience leading a large team in a multi-discipline production environment.In lieu of degree, minimum five years of related work experience leading a large team in a multi-discipline production environment may be accepted.

Preferred skills

Experience supervising in a fulfillment production environmentExperience with coaching, mentoring, and developing team resourcesProject management and organizational skillsProblem solving and analytical abilities

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 7:30 am – 4:30 pm EST; hours may be adjusted based on business need

Compensation

$77,000-$85,000/yearGainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 24% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
