We are seeking a meticulous and hands-on Device Testing Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing and validating new printer models in a lab environment to ensure they meet our stringent quality standards.
-Will perform the steps required to certify new hardware models and present the test findings and additional supporting documentation upon completion.
-Will perform additional testing for devices that are in an active status to validate any new requirements that are raised.
-Will provide patches and updates to existing models to ensure that they meet emerging technical requirements.
-Will meet mutually agreed documentation requirements to confirm test cases executed correctly.
-Firmware validation testing will be performed
Key Responsibilities:
-Conduct comprehensive tests on new printer models to evaluate performance, functionality, and reliability.
-Ensure all devices meet the specified criteria and industry standards.
-Record test results, identify issues, and provide detailed reports on findings.
-Diagnose and resolve any technical issues that arise during testing.
-Maintain and calibrate testing equipment to ensure accurate results.
