Pro-active Ops Control center for IBM Connections Cloud

Responsibilites - In detail


• Monitors environment health and addresses issues found, proactively

- Monitors Nimsoft environment alerts from SoftLayer

• Owns all problem resolution in production

- Involves development or other SMEs only as needed

• Builds issue remediation automation and/or runbooks for addressing system issues, with assistance from Development SMEs and Application Specialists as needed

• Monitors and addresses capacity shortages

• Not responsible for code deployments

• Responsible only for production and stage environments

• Assists Application Specialists in solution maintenance - can offload tasks
