Objectives of the position

 

In a highly agile environment, our team lives and breathes DevOps to deliver application hosting services to a vast array of customers. We leverage the most modern technologies and strive for procedures that are as fast and efficient as possible in a complex enterprise level environment.

 

Responsibilities

 

 

Deploy web and mobile applications (frontend, backend) to MS Azure & Microservices (Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)Create and Manage Azure Components (Databases, Application Gateway, Frontdoor, IoT Hub, etc.)Create, manage, oversee Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment PipelinesTroubleshoot Application Builds, experience with Infrastructure as CodeImplement Security Best PracticesLeverage (MS Azure) Logging & Monitoring to continuously observe the environmentConsult and design technical solution considering feasibility, IS architecture & policies and cost efficiencyIdentify and implement technological improvement MeasuresCreate dashboards to increase overall observability

 

Requirements

 

Degree in Computer Science, informatics, business informatics or in a comparable fieldMinimum 3 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or Software EngineeringExperience in Maven and NPM builds knowledge, Sonarqube Pipeline IntegrationSolid understanding of Azure DevopsWorking Knowledge of PostgresSQLCloud Component Provisioning via TerraformAbility to create, maintain Build Agent PoolsAbility to create technical documentationPresent & explain work results within team and stakeholder community
