$70/hr - $85/hr
A client is hiring a DevOps Engineer that can support digital transformation initiatives in a global delivery model. You'll meet with stakeholders to create tailored recommendations for technology solutions and best practices.
They are looking for someone with experience creating POCs, performing root-cause analysis, and conducting knowledge-transfer sessions. This role requires you to be onsite at least 2 times per week in Boston. This is a long term contract.
Required Skills & Experience
+ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
+ 3+ years of experience in a DevOps role
+ Experience creating POCs
+ Experience performing root-cause analysis
+ Experience working with stakeholders
+ Experience with AWS including instance management and general administration
+ Experience with GitHub Actions
+ Experience with continuous integration and release engineering
+ Experience with monitoring tools
+ Experience with package managers such as Chocolatey
+ Experience with scripting languages
Desired Skills & Experience
+ Experience with virtualization
+ Experience with Docker and/or Kubernetes
+ Project management experience
+ Familiarity with APM tools
+ Experience working in both Windows and Linux environments
