As a member of the Chubb Enterprise DevOps team you will champion the advancement of automation, display a deep technical understanding of cloud capabilities and contribute to application delivery, infrastructure provisioning, Continuous Integration/Continuous Development (CI/CD) platforms, using existing and emerging technologies. Ideal candidates will have experience migrating platforms to the cloud and building/managing foundational cloud operations capabilities

In this role you will:

Deep experience working in a Linux environment, including system engineering, high availability 
design, performance analysis, network troubleshooting.  Strong knowledge and Experience on CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Nexus, Sonar, AWX or Ansible  Knowledge on Monitoring tools like Prometheus or Datadog  Knowledge of container technologies: Docker and Kubernetes.  Develop scripts that automate infrastructure and software delivery capabilities.  Automate the provisioning of environments using Ansible, Terraform and other tools.  Design and develop high-quality automation workflows in a cloud platform.  Possess strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to present, persuade and 
influence peers.  Experience migrating platforms to cloud based offerings, such as Microsoft Azure.  Energetic, self-directed, and self-motivated, able to build and sustain long-term relationships 
across a multitude of stakeholders in a fast paced, multi-directional work environment.  Exceptional analytical skills, able to apply expertise to drive complex, technical solutions.  Experience supporting complex production application environments.  Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem  Troubleshooting technical issues.  Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.  Excellent interpersonal skills. 

Location: This role will be based in Monterrey, Mexico. Hybrid Work Scheme (3 days at the office).

Qualifications:

Proven experience designing, developing, and implementing CI/CD pipelines.Strong understanding of DevOps principles and methodologies (Agile, GitOps, etc.).Experience integrating security tools (SAST, DAST) into CI/CD pipeline.Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible.Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in scripting languages (Bash, Python preferred).Experience working with Git (e.g., GitHub) for version control.Experience with Jenkins, Nexus, Ansible, SonarQube, and familiarity with Azure is a plus.
