As a Senior DevOps Engineer in our Voice RTC (Real-time communications) team, you will be advancing the infrastructure necessary to support the developer experience, system reliability and efficiency of our systems. What you will do:

Support and mentor the Voice RTC team in designing, building, maintaining, and scaling our infrastructure to support our growing REST APIs and real-time communications platforms. Own and continuously improve monitoring and alerting of our platform's components. Automate and continuously improve our platform by enhancing our Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Manage and maintain Kubernetes clusters. Troubleshoot and resolve problems at the Platform layer. Assist in the migration of services from AWS EC2 into Kubernetes.

What you will bring:

5+ years of experience in DevOps / Platform Engineering Expertise in building platform tooling in Kubernetes, developing architecture patterns and templates for application runtimes, K8s cluster topology, traffic shaping, API, CI/CD, and observability stacks on AWS. ​​Strong Infrastructure as a Code (IaC) experience on public Cloud (AWS), integrating Terraform/Crossplane to extend IaC capabilities across multiple cloud providers. GitOps (FluxCD, ArgoCD) experience. Prior experience building internal platform engineering tools with Python or Go. Experience deploying applications to Kubernetes, using tools like Helm, Kustomize, or equivalent. Experience with Docker & Containers. Experience working on production level services on AWS. On-call responsibilities. Excellent communication skills across a range of channels and media. Experience managing real-time communication platforms is desirable, but not essential.
