Our client requires two DevOps Specialists to work on their OpenShift Cluster. These resources will provide subject matter expertise and additional capacity to the operational team. Duties will include support for OpenShift environments (cloud and on premise hosted), management of the clusters, implementation of best practices, and frequent engagement with developers, DevOps lead, product owners, project managers, senior leadership.

Work is remote.

Edmonton, Alberta (Remote)

Mandatory Requirements 2 years’ experience working in or for the public sector. 3 years’ experience directly managing Kubernetes environments 3 years’ experience managing a production service in an enterprise using cloud-based infrastructure and/or using Infrastructure as Code. 3 years’ experience supporting Linux operating systems 3 years’ experience with performance monitoring and troubleshooting 2 years’ experience with replicating environments (either manually or through Infrastructure as code) Desirable Requirements 1 year experience as a DevOps Specialist supporting the continuous delivery of custom-built solutions 2 years’ experience directly managing Red Hat OpenShift environments 1 year’ experience within a large and complex enterprise public sector environment. 2 years’ experience with Disaster Recovery architectures, processes and tests
