This position involves ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of software by automating processes, enhancing collaboration, and maintaining robust pre-production and production environments. Responsibilities:   + Automation : + Develop and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines to streamline the software development process. + Monitoring and Maintenance: + Implement monitoring solutions to ensure the health and performance of production systems, and proactively address issues.  + Infrastructure Management : + Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and cost-efficiency.  + Support expansion of middle-tier and back-end (e.g., for ElasticSearch, Tomcat, J2EE, Oracle, MariaDB and others). + IT Security Management:  + Embed security practices into the DevSecOps pipeline, ensuring that security is considered at every stage of the software development lifecycle (SDLC). + Providing support to perform security code reviews and penetration testing to uncover vulnerabilities. + Assist in reviewing IT Security Engineering activities, encompassing documentation and processes, to ensure completeness and accuracy. + Conducting security deployment reviews to ensure configuration and deployment problems are discovered. + Support technical security reviews of new architectural patterns and identify potential risks. + Collaboration : + Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of code.  + Incident Management : + Respond to production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.  + Continuous Improvement : + Identify areas for improvement in the development and deployment processes and implement best practices.  + Documentation : + Maintain comprehensive documentation of systems, processes, and incident reports. Skills & Experience:  + Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, Computer Science, equivalent technical experience. + Have 5-7 years experience in solution delivery, implementation, and engineering within DevSecOps, Agile, Cloud & Solution architecting, and automation.  + Deep experience designing solutions in AWS. + Strong experience with GitOps and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, CodePipeline, Maven, GitHub Actions/GitLab Runners). + Strong experience setting up web environments using Tomcat, J2EE, Apache HTTP, etc. + Experience in IT Security support to identify security design, secure development practices, and test for security in the solution engineering processes. + Solid understanding and proven experience implementing solutions with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation. + Experience with container orchestration and deploying Kubernetes (or EKS, Fargate) clusters.  + Experience with AWS serverless resources such as lambda, api-gateway, CloudFront.  + Experience working with development teams in a TDD environment in configuring CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.  + Experience working with agile tools like Jira, Git, and Confluence.  + Demonstrated ability come up with system designs, architecture, service mesh architectural process flows and tools and Concept of Operations for large complex systems. + Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash). + Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, communication, and collaboration.   What BLN24 brings to the Game: BLN24 benefits are game changing. We like our team to play hard and that means they need to be taken care of — physically, financially, and emotionally.
