The DFC Loan Services Administrator I will possess an understanding for ensuring all transactions are accurate, completed and processed in a timely manner. This individual plays an important supporting role to all other departments in the company.
The DFC Loan Services Administrator I reports to the DFC Loan Services Supervisor.
Location: Tigard, OR (On-site)
Compensation Range: $18/hr - $21/hr
ResponsibilitiesApply check payments in loan management system and check log
Perform daily electronic check deposits
Complete Loan closeout process and mail required documentation
Prepare vendor check requests for Corporate AP
Perform loan payment reapplications in loan management system
Prepare outbound mail for delivery
Scan documents and save in shared folders
Retrieve mail, distribute to departments and log returned mail in loan management system
Other duties as assigned
QualificationsPrior data entry experience is preferred
Strong attention to detail with accuracy
Sense of urgency
Excellent communication
PC skills including knowledge and use of MS Office (Excel, Word, Windows, etc.)
Prior office or bookkeeping experience is preferred
