Lead and oversee the end-to-end land acquisition process, including due diligence, negotiation, and documentation Establish and maintain strong relationships with landowners, local communities, and government authorities Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and environmental standards throughout the land acquisition process Collaborate with legal and regulatory teams to address any legal or compliance-related issues Coordinate surveys, land mapping, and title investigations to support the acquisition process Manage and resolve any disputes or issues related to land acquisition in a timely and efficient manner Conduct risk assessments and provide insights on potential challenges or opportunities related to land acquisition Stay updated on industry trends, policies, and regulations that may impact land acquisition activities Prepare and present regular reports on the progress of land acquisition projects to senior management Bachelor's degree in Land Management, Real Estate, Law, Business Administration, or a related field Master's degree or additional certifications in Land Acquisition or Real Estate Management preferred
