•Manage vendor relationships and monitor their performance to ensure compliance with project requirements

•Collaborate with the project team to develop procurement strategies and plans

•Review and negotiate vendor contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the organization

•Oversee the inspection and testing of procured materials to verify quality and adherence to specifications

•Resolve any vendor-related issues and discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner

•Provide regular updates to the project team and stakeholders on vendor coordination activities

•Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements in all vendor-related activities

•Contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement processes and vendor management practices

•Participate in the evaluation and selection of new vendors to support project needs


•Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

•Master's degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management (preferred)
