Applicant must have Bachelor’s/master’s degree in mechanical Eng/Electronics/Mechatronics
2. Should have sound knowledge on designing and developing Large scale automations.
3. Should be able to design Lean and Flexible equipment, Robotic Automations ,AMR based on business needs and as per Takt time .
4. Improve Productivity and Capacity through Automation and NVA reduction.
5. Design Error Proofing Concepts to ensure Zero Occurrence and 100% detection as per principles of can’t Pass and Can’t Produce
6. Good Controls Knwdege
7.  Ambitious, energetic, self-motivated, self-managed, team player, and results oriented.
8. Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Energetic and positive 
   attitude working with multiple clients on a wide variety of projects.
9. Team building, conflict management and resolution, and negotiating skills. Strong oral and 
   written communication skills.
10. Experience in reputed Manufacturing Companies will be preferred.
