Leading and overseeing all electrical projects within the Mundra location, ensuring adherence to safety standards, quality, and timelines Developing and implementing strategic plans for efficient project execution, resource optimization, and cost control Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables Providing technical expertise and guidance in electrical engineering principles, design, and specifications Supervising a team of electrical engineers, technicians, and contractors, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement Conducting risk assessments, identifying potential issues, and implementing mitigation measures to ensure project success Preparing comprehensive project reports, presenting project updates, and making recommendations to senior management Participating in the evaluation and selection of vendors, suppliers, and service providers to support project requirements Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, industry best practices, and environmental regulations Education Qualification Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field Master's degree in Project Management or Business Administration (preferred) Experience Minimum 17-21 years of experience in the Copper Business industry with a strong focus on electrical projects Demonstrated track record of successful project management and leadership in complex electrical initiatives Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and delivering projects within stringent timelines and budgets
