Applicant must have Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mechanical Engg/Electrical engg. 
2.    Should have good understanding on New Component and Vendor development.
3.     Knowledge of Quality Planning tools like APQP, DFMEA, PFMEA, DRBFM, PRBFM ,DFA/DFM /Control plans.
4.     Knowledge of Methods like Error Proofing’s for Occurrence and Detection and advanced quality planning digital tools like MES and IOT.
5.    Establish Quality Planning systems for part sourcing like Pre-Control Plan PPAP etc.
6. Should have good Knowledge on Statistical tools like SPC or Six Sigma.
7.Should be able to generate ideas to improve productivity and Capacity at vendor end based on Business needs.
8. Should be able to able to initiate ideas related to Value engg like yield improvement and reduce processing costs
9. Experience in OEM for proprietary parts, Electronics, Auto OEM, Defense ,Heavy Engg , Precision mfg having machining ,Fabrication, surface treatment preferred .
10. Ambitious, energetic, self-motivated, self-managed, team player, and results oriented.
11. Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Energetic and positive attitude working with multiple clients on a wide variety of projects.
12. Team building, conflict management and resolution, and negotiating skills. Strong oral and written communication skills.
13. Well versed with Indian and International Standards and local statutory norms.
14. Understanding     of the roles played by other functions on projects.
15. Should be able to guide vendors to deploy best practices at their end.
