Department: Training Center Position: DGR Instructor Location: LHE - Airport Number Of Openings: 1 Description: 1. Remain abreast with subject changes for updating of training materials.
2. Review examination process / papers and'ensure proper maintenance of training record.
3. Perform other duties, assigned by Senior Manager Training.
4. Ensure in managing course logistics.
5. Follow up the progress of certificate preparation and issuance.
6. Maintain disciplined class environment for ensuring training effectiveness.
7. Ensure tidy and user-friendly training environment in the unit.
8. Display proven integrity in executing tasked responsibilities.
9. Pursue professional development programs for self grooming.
10. Get involved in research work preferably in aviation disciplines of applied dimension.
11, Conduct regular / refresher courses in addition to other instructional duties.
12. Conduct the course's as specified.
13.Practical Problem Analysis to update training curriculum.
14. Review examination process / papers in consultation with other team members
15. Act as subject specialist and render advice to Senior Manager Training on all subject matters.
16. Preparation / Review of syllabi.
17. Preparation and delivery of lectures and other training like drills, demonstrations etc. in line with PCAA directives and company procedures'
18. Coordinate with respective representative of training department regarding the transportation of any training
material, special requirements etc.
19. Ensure punctuality and discipline of the class.
20. Preparation of question papers, conduct of examination and submission of results to respective representative of training department.
21. Advise SMT on training progress and in case of any defeicency, suitable measures to be taken. Position Qualification Requirements include: Highest educational degree awarded: Bachelors Degree Work Experience in Similar Position: 3-5 years Required Skills: - Dangerous Good Regulations Cat-06
- PCAA Approved DGR Instructor
- Effective communication skills
- Effective knowledge of Instructional Techniques
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Indepth knowledge of aircraft operations
