Job Description

Come provide strategic leadership, creativity and innovative direction in this Diagnostic Imaging Advanced Clinical Solutions Leader role. Use your talents and experiences to design, improve and lead DXR/CT and MR clinical service experience to the customer from initial training to ongoing clinical support and education over the product lifecycle.   Be accountable for the off-site customer experience, cost targets and operational metrics.  Function as an extended staff member of the Philips Healthcare North America Marketing and the Business


Your role:

Effectively develop and manage the clinical team and the entire offsite customer education program. Capably establish operational objectives & plans to meet or exceed all key performance indicators such as enrollments, customer satisfaction, productivity, budget, revenue, recovery, and project/program milestones. Develop, monitor, and evaluate comprehensive clinical and technical education products and end-to-end programs needed to meet customer and market requirements. 

You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders in the market and businesses to develop and implement training strategies for New Product Introductions and ongoing staff proficiency.  Lead the development and deployment of competency management for all applications people resources and maintain individualized educational plan for all clinical staff. Actively provide feedback to business units and service to improve workflow, products, and protocols.

Lead the development and delivery of technical and clinical content and local innovation in support of the strategic NA brand direction.

Proactively foster the clinical science relationships with key customers.

Actively support marketing events, sales assistance, escalation management, and development of proof points and counters.

Foster clinical relationships with key customers in the market.

Develop and deploy standards and processes for pro-active support, initial handovers, pre-sales activities, escalations, and North America exam card creation.

You're the right fit if:

You have acquired 5+ years of increasing responsibility in leading improvements and change initiatives along with experience leading and inspiring team of technical/clinical experts. Clinical experience and direct customer relationship and escalation management experience strongly preferred

Your experience includes clinical instructional design and course development, program or project management, the ability to work in a matrixed environment and deal with ambiguity as well as resolve complex customer issues. You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.

You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Master’s degree preferred.

You must be able to successfully person the follow minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Clinical position.

You possess a valid driver’s license and are comfortable with up to 75% travel throughout the Western USA zone

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details ​

​The pay range for this position in AR, AZ, ID, IA, KS, KY, LA, MN, MO, MS, MT, NE, NM, OK, SC, SD, TN, UT, WV & US VI is $97K to $166K

The pay range for this position in AL, CO, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, MI, MN, NC, ND, NH, NV, OH, OK, PA, TX, VA, VT, WI & WY is $102K to $175K

The pay range for this position in AK, DE, MD, NY, RI, WA is $107K to $184K

The pay range for this position in CA, CT, MA, NJ and WA DC is $114K to 196K

The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.   ​

Additional Information

US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, now or in the future.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position.   Candidate must be located near a major (non-regional) airport (within a 1-hour drive) to be considered. Our preferred location is in the Cleveland area.
