The Clinical Coordinator’s responsibilities include coordination, instruction, and evaluation. The Clinical Coordinator determines student clinical rotation schedules as well as serving as the Clinical faculty for all DMS clinical courses. The Clinical Coordinator bears the primary responsibility for acquiring clinical sites and managing student placement at clinical sites in accordance with clinical affiliation agreements. The Clinical Coordinator also shares graduate job placement responsibilities with the Director of Career Services and as such must regularly coordinate placement efforts with the Career Services department.

Bachelor's Degree Required in a related subject area from an accredited college Possess at a minimum the ARDMS credential of RDMS with registries in Abdominal and OB/GYNAdditional registries in Vascular Technology (RVT) and/or Cardiac Sonography (RDCS) are preferredEquivalent of four (4) years full-time (at least 35 hours per week) professional experience as a general sonographerPrior experience working in an educational environment preferredEqual Employment Opportunity
