Position Details:

Shift: Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM Weekends: No scheduled weekends Holidays: As scheduled per rotation Sign-On Bonus: Up to $15,000 for qualified applicants with a two-year work commitment $10,000 for 0-1 year experience $15,000 for 1+ year experience

Key Responsibilities:

Perform imaging procedures independently, using your expertise and initiative to apply ionizing radiation for diagnostic purposes. Properly identify patients using two identifiers and follow universal protocols during procedures. Review patient history, assess physician orders, and apply specific departmental protocols for optimal data acquisition. Document patient history in electronic records as required. Administer PO and rectal contrast per physician orders and department policy. Ensure all exams are correctly coded, tracked, and networked for archiving and interpretation, and enter all charges accurately. Utilize complex imaging equipment for data acquisition, analysis, manipulation, and documentation, completing procedures according to protocol. Interact with patients and co-workers with a high level of care, dignity, and respect, working efficiently as part of a team. Communicate instructions clearly to patients, explaining procedures to alleviate fears and gain cooperation.
