At FutureCare Renalis, our Patient Transporters ensure our patients are transported to/from the dialysis center and perform basic health care services.  Our Dialisys will work under the direct supervision of the Charge Nurse.

***Salary Range $13.17- $19.75/HR***

 

Salary Disclosure Statement

The salary mentioned above reflects the potential base pay range for this role. Bonuses or other incentives  (if applicable), are offered separately. Offers will consider such factors as overall experience, job-related qualifications, location, certifications/training, etc.

Responsibilities Transport patients and clients in a safe and professional mannerAssist patients and clients as needed to ensure safe transferEffectively communicate with Charge Nurse regarding scheduled progress and  the ablity to receive  and perform additional  duties/instructionsEnsure Dialysis recliners are properly disinfected between clients and returned to Dialysis Suite at end of shiftComforts patients and their family members by offering support and encouragementStock supplies daily and help with inventoryAssist with lab labelingComplete "MOLST " commnication book forms in a timely manner Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following all standards and procedures Qualifications Must have a high school diploma or GED equivialentMust have at least 1 year experience woring in a healthcare settingGNA certificaiton neededMust have a current CPR/BLS certificationMust be comfortable working with the geriatric populationExcellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team centered environmentAbility to lift 50lbs or moreMust be able to work as scheduled
