DTC Operations Manager
What will you do?
A day in the life of a DTC Operations Manager at Dickies looks a little like this.
DTC Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring new digital capabilities being developed for the Ecommerce platform can be scaled and supported by business and IT organizations. In this role you will work very closely with IT eCommerce and ERP teams, as well as business teams, including UX, Front End Development, Product, Digital Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, and Analytics. This position reports to the Senior Director of Digital.

Serves as the key liaison between the business, Licensees, EDI 3rd Party Providers, and internal IT teams to strategize and prioritize business needs. Manages day to day interactions with third parties to communicate business objectives and provide detailed business requirements. Own the coordination, prioritization and ultimate delivery of Ecommerce product solutions. Work closely with business and IT teams to define requirements and appropriate User Stores for utilization by development teams. Serve as an expert on the features and functions of the e-commerce platform and product integrations. Provide support in integrating and on-boarding new licensee partners. Oversee the initial set up process of licensee web items to ensure accurate and timely delivery to the site merchandising team for finalization of the product lifecycle and publication to the website. Execute promotional strategies by building campaigns and discounts on the ecommerce platform. Lead the team and the process for updating all Dickies DTC Price Lists. Operate with a test-and-learn mentality. Build an intimate knowledge of the customer, business KPIs and technological capabilities to inform product integration decisions. Partner with analytics team and obtain key success metrics for product integrations, as well as test criteria. Monitor the performance and customer feedback of integrations post-launch to refine features. Participate in the strategic development and implementation of A/B testing, personalization and analysis.What do you need to succeed?

Additionally, while formal education in a related field is great to have, we are most interested in your 5+ years of experience and professional achievements.
The foundation skills you will need in this position are:
Strong focus on teamwork and the ability to develop cross functional relationships Ability to function in a strategic and tactical capacity in an agile environment Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills are required; ability to apply systems knowledge to troubleshoot and analyze new issues is critical Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must be a self-starter, able to work independently with a proactive working style 5+ years of experience managing content and merchandising of an e-commerce website; Salesforce Commerce Cloud Preferred 3 – 5 years of experience managing a team 5+ years of ERP integrations experience Experience with Ratings & Reviews and UGC platforms such as Bazaarvoice and Curalate Experience with PIM platforms such as Salisfy Experience with AB testing tools such as Monetate Experience with Google Tag Manager Knowledge of website personalization In-depth knowledge of e-commerce analytics tools such as Adobe & Google Analytics and a passion for customer behavior Familiarity with programming languages such as HTML and Java Electronic Data Interchange knowledgeThere are also a few skills that are not required but preferred.
