**Manager, Sales Analytics**
**What will you do?**
A day in the life of a Manager, Sales Analytics at Dickies looks a little like this.
The Manager of Sales Analytics is responsible for providing sales trends and data analysis to ensure business trends and performance are clearly communicated to multiple retail accounts as well as internal stakeholders. The analyst will interface with other team members to ensure business issues are communicated and acted upon in a timely manner. This role operates within the Multi-Channel Operations department and will partner with cross functional teams within Finance, Commercial Sales, DTC and Demand Planning. This position reports to the Senior Director, Multichannel Operations.

+ Contribute to achievement of objectives, through rich analytics such as distribution, pricing, SKU optimization, and overall business insights for various accounts, presenting analysis to account team and customer.
+ Lead and develop analyst team to accomplish strategic objectives set forth within the regional plan.
+ Effectively report sales trends to multiple teams across the organization.
+ Collaborate with DTC teams to develop holistic view of product sell through.
+ Partner with external DT teams to ensure project milestones and necessary fixes are prioritized.
+ Lead sell through presentations throughout critical GTM milestones.
+ Comfortable with data mining of multiple data sources such as internal and external data; optimize opportunities to streamline data mining processes.
+ Create business reporting outputs within Power BI to create dashboards that contribute to healthy analysis of the business for all stakeholders.
+ Consistently engage with Key Account teams to provide sell-through support while providing business recommendations that support the financial forecast.
+ Assist in the execution/application of brand assessments, business planning, scorecard assessments, tracking plan evaluation and inventory.
+ Execute and/or assist on order maintenance, inventory planning, item setup processes, assortment and store planning, and pre & post event analysis.
+ Provide assistance toaccount team by preparing weekly / monthly sales presentation to communicate sales trends as required by retailer and other stakeholders.
**What do you need to succeed?**

Additionally, while formal education in a related field is great to have, we are most interested in your 5+ years of experience and professional achievements.
The foundation skills you will need in this position are:
+ Strong familiarity with retail POS
+ Analytical thinker, flexible problem solver and team player with ability to multitask several priorities simultaneously
+ Able to communicate and present data and insights to varied stakeholders
+ Proficient skills in MS Excel, Power Point, Access, Word
+ Systems experience (Tableau, Shiloh, Datalliance, SAP)
+ Minimum 2 years’ experience with analytical responsibility, including retail math and financial KPI analysis, retailer/supplier analytics

**Hiring Range** **:**
$81,216.00 USD - $101,520.00 USD annually
**Incentive Potential** : This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
