To learn more about our values and our culture, visit Dickies Careers (https://www.dickies.com/dickies-careers.html) or www.dickies.com . **Manager Inventory Management, S&OP** **What will you do?** A day in the life of a Manager, Inventory Management, S&OP at Dickies looks a little like this.    Manager of Inventory Management, S&OP will lead all functions related to inventory, including setting goals, management of inventory levels and reporting progress toward goals. This position will work directly with the finance team to set inventory budgets and goals while also closely with the demand planning and supply planning teams to maximize the inventory positions. Additionally, this role will oversee the S&OP process.  This position reports directly to the Senior Director, Multichannel Operations.   Let’s break down that day-in-the-life a bit more. + Ownership and execution of our inventory process through key performance indicators; drive short and long-term improvements.   + Oversee and develop planning and replenishment strategies and processes.   + Formulate and utilize methods and systems for enhancing operational efficiencies, and control over supply and inventory.   + Annual and ongoing Inventory Roll (setting plan, metrics and managing forecast).   + Distressed Inventory Reserve Review (work with Brand FP&A to deliver a consumption plan for distressed inventory).   + Create and deliver Supply Chain Metrics Review updates.   + Present Brand S&OP Inventory Update (quarter-end and aged inventory updates).   + Coordination and Execution of MSRP changes (WIP, In-Transit, and In-DC).   + Ownership of Brand S&OP process and meetings to drive discussion, alignment, action and accountability within the brand.   + Build Brand S&OP Roadmap (continued evolution of Brand S&OP with Brand specific feedback to fit the brand’s changing needs and priorities.   + Manage schedule of events and deliverables are met for each milestone. + Lead Inventory Analyst to accomplishobjectives.   **What do you need to succeed?** We all have unique skills that we bring to work and celebrate every day. For this role, there are foundation skills you’ll need to succeed and excel. Additionally, while formal education in a related field is great to have, we are most interested in your 5-7 years of experience and professional achievements. The foundation skills you will need in this position are: + Extensive knowledge of inventory controls and its interrelationship with other functional areas   + Ability to clearly identify and define problems   + Substantial expertise in disciplines to lead, integrate and direct work   + Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills in all media formats   + Strong business acumen and understanding of retail fundamentals   + Exceptional in translating business segment strategy into functional plans and guiding execution   + Ability to manage issues and influence across significantly divergent audiences   + Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure and time constraints   + 3-5 years product inventory and operations planning experience   + 3-5 years Management experience required   There are also a few skills that are not required but preferred. + Experience in Go-To-Market process preferred   **What do we offer you?** At Dickies, we know you expect as much from us as we do from you.
