Operations Coordinator (System/Pricing)
What will you do?
A day in the life of an Operations Coordinator (System/Pricing) at Dickies looks a little like this.
The Operations Coordinator is a key member of the Commercial team, responsible for all pricing and compliance related tasks in support of GTM. This role consistently partners with peers across the commercial, merchandising and finance teams. This position reports to the Director of Regional Merchandising.
Let’s break down that day-in-the-life a bit more.
Creates and maintains price list variations for US & Canada
Works with Merchandising to ensure data is entered for pricing to be pulled from PLM
Prepares and conducts for all upload files for IT to input in the ERP platform
Maintains price list for salesmen samples ensuring orders can be placed for the reps (including intercompany transfers)
Responsible for tracking deliverables that support item set up and sell in tools throughout the GTM process
Enters pricing to support SMS samples, B2B catalogs, pre book sales orders while gathering appropriate approvals via finance and commercial leadership
Partners with VF internal auditors on financial controls to for SOX compliance
Conducts monthly reports to identify missing or incorrect pricing and
Works with Product Merchandising to provide EOM updates to ensure compliance status is maintained
Owns Dickies Pricing Site, documenting all price changes
Acts as key liaison with Customer Service teams regarding pricing related issues
Manages customer master changes with commercial and finance teams
Loads licensee retail pricing for Dickies.com and Retail stores
Acts as primary resource for commercial operations support, in areas involving policies and procedures. Supports the continual improvement of operational processes and controls. Supports the development and distribution of analytical tools to measure operation processes compliance.
What do you need to succeed?
We all have unique skills that we bring to work and celebrate every day. For this role, there are foundation skills you’ll need to succeed and excel. Additionally, while formal education in a related field is great to have, we are most interested in your 1+ years of experience and professional achievements.
The foundation skills you will need in this position are:
Proficient PC skills (spreadsheets, word processing, PowerPoint, databases)
Proficient in manipulating and creating spreadsheets
Strong analytical skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Collaborates and works well with cross functional teams
Ability to engage professionally with all levels of associates
1 year of related professional experience
There are also a few skills that are not required but preferred.
Retail experience preferred
Multistore experience preferred

Hiring Range:
$57,888.00 USD - $72,360.00 USD annuallyIncentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
