Sales Manager - Closeout Channel What will you do? 

A day in the life of a Sales Manager - Closeout Channel at Dickies looks a little like this. 

Here at Dickies, our purpose is to champion the passion, pride and power of work. For a century, we’ve celebrated ordinary people making extraordinary things. The Sales Manager, Closeout Channel is responsible for sales strategy and execution for off price and closeout business channels.

Let’s break down that day-in-the-life a bit more. 

Create and execute channel plans to achieve brand business objectivesDevelop strong partnerships with key retail partners across the closeout marketplaceContinually evolve closeout channel distribution strategy Partner with Wholesale Sales and DTC teams to create special programs for closeout inventoryCollaborate with cross functional teams, including Sales Operations and Demand planning to ensure strategic alignmentProvide weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting/scorecards on shipment progress against forecast/revenue planPartner with Sales Analytics team on opportunities to manage inventory across the channelSupport execution of the brand’s end of season sale programsExecute and/or assist on order maintenance, inventory planning, etc.Effectively manage multiple data sources to inform decisionsRegularly socialize key business updates, such as forecasting progress, to cross-functional teams

What do you need to succeed? 

We all have unique skills that we bring to work and celebrate every day. For this role, there are foundation skills you’ll need to succeed and excel. Additionally, while formal education in a related field is great to have, we are most interested in your 4 years of experience and professional achievements. 

The foundation skills you will need in this position are: 

Analytical thinker, flexible problem solver and team player with ability to multitask several priorities simultaneouslyAble to communicate and present data and insights to varied stakeholdersPreferred systems experience include: Power BI, SAPProficient skills in MS Excel, Power Point, Access, Word

There are also a few skills that are not required but preferred. 

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain or related

Hiring Range:

$92,000.00 USD - $115,000.00 USD annually

Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
