Senior Analyst, Digital Marketplace 

What will you do? 

A day in the life of a Senior Analyst of Digital Marketplace at Dickies looks a little like this. 

This role operates within Sales Department and will be responsible for monitoring and enforcing gray market, rogue, and unauthorized sellers and product listings for Dickies across the U.S. online marketplace and Canada.  This includes Digital Marketplaces, e.g., Amazon, Walmart, and eBay, plus other e-commerce domains. This role will also work cross functionally to optimize our digital marketplace consumer experience including brand page build out, PDP optimization and other digital merchandising programs.  This position reports to the Director of Digital Marketplace, and is a hybrid position working 3 days a week at our Costa Mesa, CA headquarters and 2 days from home.

Let’s break down that day-in-the-life a bit more. 

Lead monitoring and enforcement efforts related to Dickies Internet Minimum Advertised Price (iMAP) policy.   

Establishment, Monitoring and Enforcement efforts related to Dickies Internet Minimum Advertised Price (iMAP) policy in Canada.    

Lead investigations on diverted products and unauthorized sellers via software and outside legal counsel.    

Platform management of Vendor Central (Amazon), item360/Retail Link (Walmart) and Channel Advisor (other online platforms).   

Work cross functionally to optimize our digital marketplace consumer experience including brand page build out, PDP optimization and other digital merchandising programs.   

Understanding of feeds into Channel Advisor including but not limited to Salsify content and images, pricing and inventory feeds.   

Integration and exploration of new digital marketplaces   

Present relevant findings and future strategic initiatives for channels.   

 Cross functional partnership with key stakeholders involved in the digital marketplace landscape.   

The role will enforce the Minimum Advertised Price policy set forth by VF legal across all Dickies digital sales channels and will maintain and enhance authorized online dealer protocols.    

Assist with the development of reports and presentations with regards to processes, policies, and enforcement efforts.   

For contracts related to sales and enforcement function: enforce contracts process, help draft and amend contracts as appropriate, ensure execution of contracts, and update and maintain company’s contract files.   

Assist with the development of reports and presentations with regards to processes, policies, and enforcement efforts.   

Uphold and elevate brand perception in the online space by enforcing established policies encompassing price, content, imagery and segmentation strategies.    

Judiciously determine acceptance or rejection of online dealer applications.   

Effectively communicate, both internally and externally, updates to policies including national promotions.    

Work closely with cross functional teams that include legal, sales, operations, customer service, and production to effectively combat diversion.   

What do you need to succeed?

Organizational skills and ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks   

Experience enforcing and/or drafting contracts and policies related to sales   

Experience updating and enforcing an iMAP policy   

Experience monitoring and enforcing Amazon rogue sellers  

Independent, self-motivated, professional, and proactive, with a strong work ethic and sense of pride and accountability in work  

5+ years of related professional experience  

There are also a few skills that are not required but preferred. 

Paralegal degree/certificate
