Senior Manager, Digital Content & Experience
What will you do?
A day in the life of a Senior Manager of Digital Content & Experience at Dickies looks a little like this.
This role will mentor and coach cross-functional teams to evolve digital practices to deliver high-quality customer experiences. This is a leading role in defining the roadmap to realize Dickies strategic vision through the conceptualization, facilitation, and design of engaging digital frameworks and experiences. Key ownership role in shaping the digital design strategy Dickies.com. Responsible for building a customer-centric shopping experience - at the intersection of content, commerce, and technology - to help customers find and buy products in the channel. This position reports to the Senior Director, Digital.

Demonstrates a deep understanding of business objectives, defining site strategies to meet objectives, by translating into clear actionable steps. Use KPI metrics to guide business priorities while maintaining customer satisfaction. Deeply understand customer shopping behavior and preferences to focus on the end-to-end buying journey (from browse and search to checkout and post-purchase) through execution of A/B test agenda, including design, KPI definition, implementation, and measurement. Evaluate best practices across web, marketplaces, and in-store environments, ensuring consistent practices are adopted across all platforms. You will be directly responsible for aligning business priorities, utilizing analytics as the voice of the customer and knowledge of competitive research to understand what is happening in the digital space. Work Cross functionally with our growth marketing team to provide digital design strategies that drive subscriber conversion, increase repeat purchase and retention rates across our email, text and loyalty program customer bases. Solution Orientation: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective digital design and the ability to determine the solutions that resolve the problems in the best interest of the business. Ensure all the organization’s output/visuals are consistent with the overall creative guidelines and strategic commitments Change Management: Ability to align the organization’s people and culture with changes in business strategy, organizational structure, technology, and business processes. Act as a change agent to implement and manage meaningful change initiatives that have material to the organization. Partners with the VF UX leadership team to define the best practices and to ensure deliverables are consistent with the user experience design vision.What do you need to succeed?

Additionally, while formal education in a related field is great to have, we are most interested in your 8 years of experience and professional achievements.
The foundation skills you will need in this position are:
Advanced thought leadership and design vision skills, including advanced analytical, strategic, and conceptual design skills. Strong ability to leverage metrics, optimization, and qualitative and quantitative research to inform and validate decisions. Ability to inspire, develop, and coach team members. Time management and prioritization skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, at various stages of their development. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communicator with all levels of business leaders; ability to influence and cultivate strong relationships with key business stakeholders in the organization. Ability to read, write and interpret business and technical documents. Create and present documentation, findings, and points of view material. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Consistently demonstrates regular, dependable attendance & punctuality. Minimum 8 years Digital Design and/or Accessibility or Design OperationsThere are also a few skills that are not required but preferred.

Hiring Range:
