To learn more about our values and our culture, visit Dickies Careers (https://www.dickies.com/dickies-careers.html) or www.dickies.com . **Senior Manager, Sales Operations** **What will you do?**  A day in the life of a Senior Manager of Sales Operations at Dickies looks a little like this.  The Senior Sales, Sales Operations leads all sales operations functions to support the execution of Dickies brand strategies across the US Wholesale Marketplace. This position collaborates closely with functional leaders in Merchandising, Marketing, Product Development, Supply Chain, Finance, Strategy, Consumer Insight, and Human Resources. Additional relationships include, but are not limited to, other VF sourcing entities, outside vendors, and contractors. The primary responsibility of the Senior Manager, Sales Operations is to manage the overall brand strategy relating to revenue, gross margin, and operating income. This includes overseeing sales volume, inventory management, internal and external margin mix, and MAP adherence. This position reports to the Senior Director, Multichannel Operations.  Let’s break down that day-in-the-life a bit more. + Provide leadership to a team of sales planners and analysts. + Lead seasonal and monthly forecasting efforts through the deployment of best-in-class tools and streamlined processes.   + Consistently update the broader organization on business trends via revenue tracking and sell-through analytics.    + Partner with merchandising teams in the creation of seasonal strategies through the GTM process.    + Provide guidance to the account team through developing weekly/monthly sales presentations to communicate sales trends as required by retailer and other stakeholders.   + Cascade key business updates, including sales programs, pricing, and key sales deadlines to ensure alignment and adherence across the sales teams.   + Develop Strategy and execution plan for key events such as Sales Meetings, GTM milestones for commercial function, Trade Show, and Account Events.    + Support the creation of sell-in programs and resource tool kit to meet business needs while partnering with finance through the approval process.   + Support cross-functional teams in the evolution of sales tools, including B2B.   + Proactively work with the sales team and leadership to develop new methods to improve sales process.    + Oversee Financial forecast process for the commercial team, including demand forecasting and fill rate issues, understanding order management, etc.   **What do you need to succeed?** We all have unique skills that we bring to work and celebrate every day. Additionally, while formal education in a related field is great to have, we are most interested in your 7+ years of experience and professional achievements.
