**Job Description** Join a global plastics company with over 30 locations worldwide, including 7 in the United States. Serving the auto industry with renowned clients such as Ford, Mercury Marine, Toyota, and Honda. **Job Duties:** -Perform production mold startups -Troubleshoot molding processes to support production, and maintain molding processes for efficiency, scrap, and cycle time -You will also set up production lines, including auxiliary equipment when necessary (pickers & robots), and conduct 1st Piece Inspection on Process Startups ensuring Visual Acceptance Standard is met -Complete all required paperwork and forward it to the designated location, and read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and inspection plans **Shift:** 2nd Shift: 3pm-11pm 3rd Shift: 11pm-7am (Sunday-Thursday) *OT is not mandatory currently, but work is available if desired* **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
