Stuller, Inc. is the largest jewelry manufacturing and distribution facility in the United States and an industry leader in the domestic and international jewelry sectors.  The position of Die Striking Operations Manager is responsible for the continuous development and training of all associates to develop a world class work force under the leadership of the Director of Tool & Die and Die Striking. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Assuring all associates have what is needed to perform their daily tasks by communicating and or ordering what is needed.Manage associate time utilizing Payroll software.Assist in supporting the growth of a Team environment.Assist in supporting any position when production demands exceed capacity.Aid in the continued development of associate’s skillsAid in the continued development of lean principals to help with planning and performing everyday duties/responsibilitiesUtilize several software for communication, documentation, and the tracking of production workflow. Word, Excel, Oracle.

Minimum Qualifications: 

High school diploma or equivalentTechnical mindset/ Mechanically inclinedBasic knowledge of computer applications such as Oracle, Word, and ExcelDetail oriented & OrganizedExcellent communication and Team skills

Preferred Qualifications: 

Minimum 2 years experience in Die Striking operations or Management roleBasic knowledge of precious metal qualities, finishing processes, and Lean principals
