Apply now to become a valued member of our team and take your career to the next level! **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $58240.00/yr. - Employees have the opportunity to use the shop on the weekends for any personal projects or work that they want to do on their own (this could be a side job that they are doing for friends/family or just to work on their own equipment) - Will pay for candidates to attend school and receive a degree related to Diesel maintenance work - Flexible hours (they are willing to have people start any time between 6AM - 8AM. Additionally, they are open to candidates that cannot work a full time schedule. - Great opportunity to receive on the job training (the owner started out at age 15 sweeping floors and is on track to retire at age 55) - Very laid back environment/culture.
