Diesel Mechanic
**LeMay,** a Waste Connections Company, is looking for an experienced **Diesel Mechanic** to support our Recycling, Composting, and Disposal sites located in **Aberdeen, Washington.** Experience repairing heavy equipment is a huge plus! Diesel Mechanics interested in secure, steady employment are encouraged to apply. The schedule for this position is **Monday - Friday 1 pm-9:30 pm** (or until work is completed) but must be open to working overtime and occasional Saturdays, typically working 5-10 hours of OT a week. What We're Looking For: + 2-5 years’ experience in heavy diesel equipment maintenance and repair required. + Class A or B CDL preferred + Self-started and motivated; ability to work independently + Knowledge of yellow iron/Heavy Equipment would be a _plus_ + Must be able to lift at least 75lbs + Own and provide personal tools. + Proficiency in vehicle and equipment diagnosis and repair. + Ability to read and comprehend service and technical information. + Able to MIG weld and use oxy-acetylene cutting torch + Perform some facility maintenance work as needed.
