We are looking for a highly skilled **Diesel Mechanic** to join our team in **Monroe, LA** ., at our hauling site. + Shift starts at 3:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m., 50-60 hours a week. Monday – Friday, occasional Saturday’s. + Pay Range: $20/hr. - 23/hr. + Tool allowance of $150 per month towards your tool kit. + On top of competitive wages, we offer excellent benefits, 401k match $1 per $1, and vacation. **Job Summary** Performing preventative maintenance, repairs on hydraulic and electrical systems, along with parts replacement and minor engine repair on our garbage trucks. **The ideal candidate will possess:** + 2+ years of relevant work experience in diesel/heavy truck fleet maintenance. + ASE Certifiedis a plus. + Class A or BCDLis a plus. The salary range for this position is $20/hr. – 23/hr.
