Job Title: Service Technician

$25-$35/hr

Description: Join our team of diesel mechanics, where we work on a variety of heavy equipment, precision products, and application systems. Our technicians specialize in specific types of equipment, such as combines, tractors, and choppers, or take on roles that cover a broader range of machinery in agriculture, construction, or application. No matter your specialty, we have a role to fit your experience and expertise.

Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment, including combines, tractors, choppers, and other machinery.Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.Conduct field service visits to customer locations for on-site repairs and maintenance.Utilize precision tools and equipment to ensure accurate and efficient repairs.Maintain detailed records of all work performed and parts used.Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a diesel mechanic or in a related field.Strong knowledge of heavy equipment, diesel engines, and hydraulic systems.Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.Relevant certifications or technical training in diesel mechanics or heavy equipment repair is a plus.
