Diesel Mechanic
**Job Title: Diesel Mechanic - Heavy Equipment** Location: Omaha, NE **Pay Rate: $25-$35 per hour (based on experience)** **** Job Description: Are you a skilled Diesel Mechanic with a passion for heavy equipment? Key Responsibilities: + Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment, including excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and more. + Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues. + Conduct inspections to ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently. + Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work. + Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects. Qualifications: + Proven experience as a Diesel Mechanic, preferably with heavy equipment. + Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical systems. + Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics. + Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. + Certification in Diesel Mechanics or related field is a plus.
