PSI Environmental Systems, a Waste Connections company, is looking for a Diesel Mechanic to join the team at Twin Falls, ID! Mechanics interested in secure, steady employment are encouraged to apply.  At least 1 year of experience doing maintenance on diesel trucks is preferred.  

This is a swing shift opening working Monday – Friday.

Starting pay is $24+ DOE. Overtime Guaranteed with time and a half after 40 hours a week!

Responsibilities Include:

Inspects and repairs vehicles with diesel enginesHandles routine repairs, including oil and tire changes along with minor and major repairs from A/C, hydraulics, electrical, welding, engine replacement, transmissions, etc.Interprets diagnostic test results accuratelyWrites detailed inspection reports and repair plans in our systemCollaborates with other diesel mechanicsCompletes test drives to make sure the vehicle runs correctlyUses power, machine, and hand tools safelyCommunicate with drivers for issues in morning and afternoonReviews, completes or assigns repairs identified on Driver Vehicle Inspection ReportsMaintains a clean, safe work area in compliance with corporate and OSHA standardsFollows all Waste Connections repair shop regulations and standards
