Job Title: Diesel Mechanic

Job Description

Diesel mechanics will be responsible for the maintenance of trucks, including hydraulic lines, air brake systems, engines, rotors, and all mechanical and electrical systems. Candidates have the opportunity to attend school to receive certifications and advance their level (Level I-III).

This is a direct hire opportunity with a locally owned company. Employees receive annual raises, with a second shift premium of $1 per hour, increasing by $1 every year up to $4. There is also a monthly bonus based on efficiency. The company offers benefits and insurance, along with allowances for work boots, glasses, and tools. Some technicians are currently making over $100,000 annually.

Work Environment

The work environment includes a first shift from 7am to 3:30pm, and a split shift from 1am to 7:30pm with a $1 premium.

This is a Permanent position based out of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45000.00 - $75000.00
