Job details We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to perform mechanical work on a range of vehicles, including box trucks and semi-trucks. This role involves diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance tasks, with occasional field visits and minimal overnight travel.

JOB LOCATION: ST CLOUD, MN

Responsibilities: ... * Consult with the VP of Operations and drivers to review work orders and evaluate the required tasks.
* Prepare detailed work plans after thoroughly scoping out issues.
* Run diagnostic tests on diesel engines and interpret results to provide effective solutions.
* Inspect and repair vehicle systems including suspensions, steering, exhausts, and other components.
* Repair or replace transmissions, brakes, engines, and other associated parts.
* Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, wheel balancing, alignment, and brake checks.
* Maintain accurate records of parts inventory and serviced vehicles.
* Conduct field visits for emergency repairs or sudden breakdowns as needed
***Some daytime travel may be required, with minimal overnight stays.***

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Excellent organizational and communication skills.

No Degree Required

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
*Proven experience as a Diesel Mechanic or similar role.2 YEARS+
*Diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

*Willingness to travel for field visits.
