**Diesel Technician – Climate Controlled Shop – 100% Premiums Paid For!** **Location:** Sioux Falls, SD **Pay:** $30 - $45/HR ( _Based on experience_ ) **Job Description:** We are seeking skilled Diesel Technicians to join our team. As a Diesel Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining diesel engines and related components in trucks, buses, and other heavy-duty vehicles. We recently moved into this new facility in April, and we provide uniforms free of charge. **Business Challenge:** We are looking for candidates with 3-5 years of diesel experience. Candidates with 3-4 years of experience typically require 6-12 months of training before becoming profitable for the company. We aim to turn a profit on technicians with 5-10 years of experience after 4-6 months of training. We value candidates with good previous tenure who are looking to stay with the company for the long haul.
